CoWorx Staffing has an immediate need for a Warehouse Associate I in our premier client’s Kennesaw, GA location.

Responsibilities:

• Load and unload goods, materials, and supplies while ensuring proper handling and storage procedures are followed.
• Receive, unpack, sort, and stock inbound shipments accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure inventory is properly packed, labeled, tagged, and stored within designated warehouse locations.
• Pick and pack dealer orders according to established guidelines, quality standards, and productivity expectations.
• Perform cycle counts, inventory audits, and maintain daily inventory logs to ensure accuracy and accountability.
• Monitor inventory quality, identify damaged materials or products, and report discrepancies to supervisors in a timely manner.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and properly stocked work area in accordance with warehouse standards and housekeeping requirements.
• Apply carrier-specific packaging and shipping requirements to ensure safe and compliant shipment of products.
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently as required.
• Follow all company safety regulations, warehouse procedures, and Kaizen/5S continuous improvement practices.

Desired Background/Skills:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Basic knowledge of warehouse machinery, equipment, and material handling operations.
• Ability to safely operate industrial vehicles and material handling equipment.
• Basic PC and computer skills required.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• Ability to stoop, bend, reach, twist, and turn while performing assigned job duties.
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed to support operational requirements.
