CoWorx Staffing Services is now hiring Shipping and Receiving Clerk in Amherst, NH! The Shipping and Receiving Clerk I will receive, check, store, issue and ship inbound/outbound materials from the warehouse.

Responsibilities:

• Adhere to plant and corporate safety policies.
• Assist in other areas and perform additional duties as required by fluctuating business needs.
• Verify shipping counts against packing documents and assist in resolving discrepancies.
• Follow established processes, work instructions, MSPs, and other written or verbal instructions.
• Identify and help resolve discrepancies between receipts and documentation.
• Pack customer goods according to customer requirements and expectations.
• Receive and unpack deliveries of customer products.
• Identify visible defects in customer products.
• Verify the count and contents of deliveries against packing slips.

Desired Background/Skills:

• High School Diploma or GED and a minimum of 1 year of manufacturing experience.
• Ability to clearly communicate with co-workers and supervisors.
• Ability to comprehend written and verbal instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to solve problems involving concrete variables in standardized situations.
• Ability to distinguish between red, orange, yellow, blue, green, and violet.
• Ability to perform basic math functions.
• Ability to meet required near-vision standards using a Jaeger eye chart, with or without vision correction.
• High degree of manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
