We’re seeking a high‑energy Talent Coordinator who loves being in the action and leading from the front. In this role, you’ll drive a standout candidate experience while managing and supporting a team. You’ll recruit and engage talent, coordinate interviews, oversee onboarding and compliance, and keep branch operations running at full speed. This is a hands‑on, people‑focused role for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, communicates with confidence, and enjoys motivating teams while delivering on Service, Sales, and Speed.

What Success Looks Like:

Candidate Experience & Recruiting
  • Serve as the first point of contact for applicants and candidates, and creating a positive, professional first impression.
  • Answer incoming calls and respond to candidate and Field Talent inquiries via phone, email, text and in-person in a timely and helpful manner.
  • Conduct recruiting calls to active and passive job seekers using job boards, websites, and other sourcing tools.
  • Initiate outbound recruiting calls to new candidates.
  • Schedule interviews for the branch team, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for both candidates and interviewers.
  • Attend job fairs and career events to represent CoWorx and engage with potential candidates.
  • Travel within the local market as needed to visit clients or attend job fair sites.
Performance & Accountability
  • Champion the Three S’s—Service, Sales, and Speed—by driving results, delivering exceptional experiences, and working efficiently to meet client and business objectives.
  • Own the candidate onboarding experience from start to finish.
  • Perform branch administrative tasks that support overall branch operations and performance.
  • Ensure that all paperwork, compliance requirements, and system updates are completed accurately and on time.
  • Support colleagues as part of a collaborative, one‑team environment, contributing to shared goals.
  • Update and maintain the applicant database and all required documentation.

  • 1-2 years of relevant working experience.
  • Strong relationship building and communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and positively.
  • High level of responsiveness and engagement.
  • Team-oriented and willing to help.
  • Ability to travel within the local market to visit clients and conduct recruiting events as needed.
