(Columbus, IN) October 19, 2026 | Elwood Staffing Services today announced its acquisition of CoWorx Staffing Services, headquartered in Morristown, NJ. The acquisition includes 45 service locations across 21 U.S. states, five of which are new to Elwood and located throughout the East. The addition of CoWorx continues the company’s inorganic growth strategy, marking its 22nd lifetime acquisition.
CoWorx has been a highly respected national workforce solutions provider across a wide range of industries for 52 years, making its client and service portfolio an excellent match for Elwood Staffing. CoWorx is now a wholly owned subsidiary of Elwood Staffing operating under the CoWorx brand.
Given the strong alignment between the two longtime family-owned companies, the acquisition was a natural progression. The organizations are united by a people-first mindset, a commitment to doing the right thing, exceptional service, and continuous growth.
