We’re excited to offer a career opportunity for a Bilingual Shift Supervisor to join our team at our Lithia Springs, GA location. This is an on-site role, Monday–Friday from 1:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m., with occasional weekend flexibility based on client needs.

As the Shift Supervisor, you will play a key role in overseeing our field talent at the customer site. You will ensure workforce performance meets expectations while fostering a strong, collaborative relationship with the client’s onsite leadership team.

Role Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, and manage the onsite workforce to deliver a strong performance for the client
  • Supervise the timely delivery of all sites specific reporting
  • Ensure necessary recruitment strategies so that headcount needs are met for all shifts
  • Process unemployment compliance, payroll deadlines and proper documentation for onsite workforce
  • Update and maintain the applicant database and all necessary documentation.
  • Work with client and site staff to improve cycle time, employee relations and performance of the workforce

Qualifications

  • Strong relationship building, leadership, and communication skills
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish required
  • High level of responsiveness and engagement
  • Team oriented and willingness to help
  • Highly resourceful with the ability to prioritize and multitask with limited direction
  • Strong planning, time management and analytical skills
