Key Responsibilities:
Advanced Recruiting & Talent Strategy
- Lead full‑cycle recruitment for complex or high‑volume job orders, ensuring timely, accurate placements that meet client expectations.
- Proactively source, screen, interview, and place top talent using advanced recruiting techniques and market insights.
- Conduct interviews via phone, video, and in person, applying strong assessment skills to evaluate candidate fit and long‑term potential.
- Build and maintain ongoing relationships with candidates to ensure CoWorx remains their employer of choice.
- Ensure full compliance with ATS usage, documentation standards, and internal operational processes.
- Depending on location, oversee payroll accuracy and issue resolution for working talent.
Client Engagement & Business Growth
- The Bilingual Senior Recruiter should be proactive with clients and serve as a primary point of contact for key client stakeholders, strengthening relationships through regular visits, communication, and service excellence.
- Partner with Sales, Branch Manager, Operations and Client Specialists to understand workforce needs, anticipate challenges, and align recruiting strategies accordingly.
- Identify opportunities to expand services within existing accounts and document leads for the Sales team.
- Manage job postings, social media outreach, and recruitment marketing efforts to attract high‑quality candidates.
- Support retention initiatives by monitoring talent performance, addressing concerns, and ensuring a positive client and candidate experience.
- Required to attend client and prospect site visits to include worksite evaluations.
- Must be able to assess and understand trends in data.
- Partner with corporate teams (Ops Excellence-Compliance, Safety, Marketing, People & Culture) to support operational excellence.
- Participate in unemployment processes (assignment offers, work refusals, audits, hearings) and support Workers’ Compensation initiatives.
Performance, Accountability & Leadership
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of weekly gross margin ($GM) goals and the strategic activities required to maintain and grow them.
- Consistently meet or exceed weekly objectives, including recruiting activity, interviews completed, sales lead generation, skill marketing, client visits, and fill ratio targets.
- Act as an escalation point for candidate or client challenges, modeling best practices and driving consistency across the team.
- Mentor Staffing Specialists and Talent Coordinators by assisting with training, sharing sourcing strategies, tools, and techniques that enhance team productivity.
- Lead by example in aligning daily work with team, branch, and organizational goals.
- Documenting all activities in the ATS and weekly tracker.
Collaboration, Values & Risk Management
- The Bilingual Senior Recruiter will partner closely with the Talent Coordinator to ensure a seamless candidate experience and efficient onboarding process.

- Identify, manage, and escalate risk and safety concerns with urgency, involving appropriate internal teams when necessary.
- Maintain a strong working knowledge of HR‑related processes, including how to manage and escalate issues related to harassment, safety, and employment termination.
- Perform additional branch duties as needed to support overall performance and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven success in staffing or recruiting with a track record of exceeding KPIs.
- Demonstrates strong client relationship skills with the ability to influence decision-making.
- Proficiency with ATS systems, Microsoft Office, and social media recruiting tools.
- Exceptional communication, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
- Resourceful, highly responsive, and effective in fast-paced environments.
- Ability to travel within the local market to visit clients and conduct recruiting events as needed.
