The Branch Manager, Sales and Operations leads branch recruiting, business development, workforce planning, client service, and operational execution to ensure high-quality staffing solutions, strong client partnerships, and profitable business growth.

This role is responsible for team leadership, business development, operational compliance, talent acquisition performance, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Operational Excellence

  • Build and develop a strong branch team that embraces our TLC culture and delivers
    exceptional service to talent and clients.
  • Ensure high-quality operational service for all clients, maintaining compliance with
    internal processes and standards.
  • Partner with corporate departments (Finance, HR, Marketing, Safety) to drive branch
    performance and operational improvements.
  • Analyze accurate and timely data in the ATS to identify trends and opportunities for
    improved performance.
  • Travel within the market for job fairs, client visits, unemployment hearings, and
    other branch-related activities.
    Sales & Business Growth
  • Proactively search for and secure new business, focusing on clients with
    opportunities in the $50K–$2MM range.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying
    opportunities to increase market share and expand services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with branch goals and
    client needs.
  • Meet or exceed all budget and gross margin goals through strategic selling and
    negotiation.
    Recruitment Strategy
  • Lead recruitment strategies to ensure a high-quality applicant pool that meets client
    requirements.
  • Oversee sourcing, screening, and placement efforts to maintain strong talent
    pipelines.
  • Support retention initiatives by monitoring talent performance and addressing
    concerns promptly.
    Performance, Accountability & Leadership
  • Demonstrate strong understanding of branch financials, including gross margin
    goals and activities required to achieve them.
  • Consistently meet or exceed objectives related to recruiting, client engagement,
    and operational performance.
  • Act as an escalation point for client or candidate challenges, modeling best
    practices and driving consistency across the team.
  • Mentor and motivate team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and
    continuous improvement.

    client satisfaction.

    Qualifications:
  • Undergraduate degree with 3+ years of relevant experience in operations
    management and B2B selling.

  • Strategic selling and negotiation expertise.
  • Financial acumen with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
