Staffing Site Supervisor – Part-time

This position is part-time and will require flexible hours based on client needs. Based on your success, this position has the potential to go full-time.
What Success Looks Like:
Recruiting & Talent Management
- Consistently meets daily and weekly recruitment targets, ensuring all shifts are fully staffed
- Reduced absenteeism and turnover, with measurable improvements through proactive engagement with associates
Client Engagement & Business Growth
- Provide client updates and gather hiring requirements; escalate service or operational decisions to leadership.
- Perform job postings, social media outreach, and recruitment marketing within approved guidelines.
Performance & Accountability
- 100% accuracy in applicant database updates and timely completion of unemployment and Workers’ Compensation processes
- Accurately document all recruiting activities in ATS and weekly trackers.
- Provide first-level issue triage and escalate complex matters to leadership.
Collaboration & Values
- Partner closely with corporate departments
- Champion Service, Sales, and Speed while living CoWorx values, escalating safety or risk concerns promptly.

Experience & Skills
- 2+ years of relevant experience
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships with clients, candidates, and teammates.
- Solid time‑management, problem‑solving, and analytical abilities.
- Tech‑savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort using ATS systems and social media recruiting tools.
