Marketing Coordinator
We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator who thrives at the intersection of marketing and sales—someone who can create polished B2B materials, keep CRM workflows running smoothly, and turn market insights into clear, actionable reporting. In this role, you’ll support revenue-driving initiatives by equipping the sales team with high-quality content, organized processes, and timely intelligence.
What you’ll do
- Create and update B2B sales and marketing materials (flyers, one-pagers, sales decks, social assets) to support the sales team.
- Manage job postings and coordinate updates across hiring platforms.
- Monitor the marketing inbox, triage requests, and route inquiries to the right teams.
- Support SEO initiatives including keyword updates, content optimization, performance tracking, and basic reporting.
- Contribute to B2B content (blog support, competitive research, and market intelligence reporting) to inform leadership and sales strategy.
- Support Salesforce administration (template management, mass communications, cadence setup) and help keep records accurate and current.
- Assist with onboarding and enablement as CRM processes evolve—helping users adopt best practices.
- Contribute to RFP/RFI responses by gathering information and coordinating inputs across teams.
- Help prepare business reviews and client-facing presentations, including reporting packages and meeting materials.
- Own access and best-practice guidance for market intelligence tools—staying current on updates and helping teams use the platform effectively.
What we’re looking for
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, sales support, or a related role.
- Experience using Salesforce (or the ability to learn quickly and confidently).
- Strong writing and editing skills, especially for B2B audiences.
- Ability to gather market intelligence and translate insights into clear, actionable summaries.
- Proficiency with presentation and design tools (e.g., PowerPoint and common design platforms).
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and comfort managing multiple priorities.
- Collaborative and effective working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and operations.

- You consistently produce clean, professional marketing assets that help sales conversations move faster and land stronger.
- You keep Salesforce templates, communications, and workflows organized and up to date.
- You proactively gather market and competitive insights and deliver concise reporting that leaders can act on.
- You respond quickly to requests, communicate clearly, and manage shifting priorities with ease.
