Role Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with the client
- Meet / exceed profitability goals by analyzing information in ATS to identify trends and opportunities for improved P&L performance
- Embrace and exemplify our TLC culture by providing exceptional service to our clients and engaging leadership for our field talent.
- Lead, motivate and manage the on-site workforce to deliver a strong performance for the client
- Manage the timely delivery of all site-specific reporting
- Ensure necessary recruitment strategies so that headcount needs are met for all shifts
- Ensure compliance with all company and client’s standards including safety and all manufacturing practices
- Manage unemployment compliance, payroll deadlines and proper documentation for onsite workforce
- Work with client and site staff to improve cycle time, employee relations and performance of the workforce
- Lead efforts to measurably improve recruitment, engagement and retention of on-site workforce
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years staffing industry experience (undergraduate degree preferred)
- Prior supervisory or management experience
- Previous experience managing P & L and monthly reporting
- Passion for winning and providing exceptional service
- Strong relationship building and communication skills
- Demonstrated knowledge/experience in screening, hiring and managing contingent/contract employees
- Experience working at a client onsite location
- Comfortable working in a diverse environment
- Ability to work autonomously and offer solutions to identified service gaps
