What Success Looks Like:
Recruiting & Talent Management
- Lead full‑cycle recruitment—source, screen, interview, place, and retain candidates while ensuring a strong, active pipeline.
- Maintain compliant documentation and handle basic HR‑related issues appropriately, supporting overall branch operations as needed.
Client Engagement & Business Growth
- Build strong client relationships through regular visits, understanding needs, and identifying opportunities to expand services.
- Promote open roles through job postings and social media, track leads, and collaborate with Sales and internal teams to match candidates effectively.
Performance & Accountability
- Meet weekly activity expectations—interviews, leads, client visits, fill ratios—and contribute directly to gross margin goals.
- Own daily priorities by aligning work to business goals, maintaining accurate ATS documentation, and driving a strong talent pipeline.
Collaboration & Values
- Partner closely with Talent Coordinators and branch teammates to deliver a seamless, high‑quality candidate and client experience.
- Champion Service, Sales, and Speed while living CoWorx values, escalating safety or risk concerns promptly.
If This Sounds Like You…
Experience & Skills
- 1–2 years of relevant experience (recruiting, customer service, HR, or staffing preferred).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships with clients, candidates, and teammates.
- Solid time‑management, problem‑solving, and analytical abilities.
- Tech‑savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort using ATS systems and social media recruiting tools.
